Tierras Tiny Treasures LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. As an ECE Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of our youngest learners and creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for them to thrive.

**Job Overview:**

As an ECE Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering social and emotional development, and promoting a love for learning in young children. You will work closely with parents and colleagues to ensure the overall well-being and development of each child in your care.

**Responsibilities:**

- Create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, and physical development

- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for all children

- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure the individual needs of each child are met

- Monitor and assess each child's progress and communicate with parents regularly

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space

- Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education and participate in professional development opportunities

**Requirements:**

- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; 40 certification hours in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues

- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices

**Salary Range:**

Starting at $15 per hour
