Tier One is looking for a dependable, hardworking Customer Experience Team Member to support daily retail operations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, focused on customer order pickups (load-outs), stocking, inventory support, and maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Load-Outs:

  • Assist customers with order pickups quickly and professionally
  • Verify and help count orders with customers at pickup
  • Answer customer questions about orders and products
  • Load products into customer vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Lift and carry multiple bags weighing 40–60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day

Stocking & Maintenance:

  • Restock cases and shelves to keep displays full and organized
  • Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) for proper product rotation
  • Perform package seal checks to ensure product quality
  • Maintain clean, front-facing displays
  • Help keep retail and storage areas clean and organized

Inventory Control:

  • Provide a daily inventory list to the Plant Processing Manager
  • Organize and maintain main freezers
  • Inventory all incoming products and ensure proper placement
  • Move carts, condense baskets, and optimize storage space

Order Fulfillment:

  • Prepare custom orders to customer specifications
  • Assemble bundle orders accurately and efficiently

Team Support:

  • Follow direction from the Retail Manager
  • Complete daily cleaning checklists
  • Clean shared spaces throughout the facility
  • Assist with trash management and disposal
  • Support additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Retail, warehouse, or food experience is a plus (not required)
  • Demonstrates initiative by taking action on tasks without being prompted.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • Schedule is subject to change based on business needs

Work Environment:

  • Frequent lifting, carrying, and movement
  • Work in refrigerated and freezer areas
  • Regularly moving in and out of the facility for load-outs, with exposure to all weather conditions
  • Standing for extended periods
