This role involves a mix of litigation and transactional work, requiring strong research, drafting, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
  • Analyze client needs, develop legal strategies, and provide sound legal counsel.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
  • Handle a diverse caseload with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Manage case files from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Pennsylvania State Bar.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation or relevant legal practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in family law, personal injury, or corporate law.
  • Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
