Currently a part-time position with ability to grow to full time quickly or as desired. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting speech therapy sessions, identifying and treating speech, dysphagia, communication disorders, and language disorders in children.

Thriving Joy Pediatric Therapy, LLC provides concierge pediatric feeding and speech therapy and lactation counseling services in homes, daycares and in office. Jaime Perez, MS, CCC-SLP, the lead therapist, brings over a decade of pediatric hospital and NICU experience. She is a certified speech language pathologist and certified lactation counselor.


Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join this growing boutique practice. Let's build a caseload you love, a schedule that fits, and grow in the areas that you are passionate about. This position will be at our Wesley Chapel Clinic and surrounding area. Currently a part-time position with established caseload with ability to grow to full time quickly or as desired. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for conducting speech therapy sessions, identifying and treating speech, dysphagia, communication disorders, and language disorders in children.


Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • 2+ years experience in pediatrics
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Comfort with independent evaluation and treatment planning
  • Feeding experience preferred


REQUIREMENTS

  • Masters Degree or equivalent (post grad coursework) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid FL SLP License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Strong CF candidates will be considered
  • Pass background check
  • Professional Liability Insurance
