This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that our employees have a positive and engaging experience throughout their journey at ThrivePass. This role involves a variety of HR functions, including onboarding & offboarding, employee engagement, recruitment, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating an outstanding workplace culture and a keen understanding of HR best practices.


Employee Lifecycle Management:

·     Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires.

·     Ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company and feel welcomed and supported.

·     Ensure offboarding procedures are completed within SLAs to ensure security compliance.

·     Conduct exit interviews.



·     Own the end-to-end hiring process for all US based roles.

·     Manage candidate pipeline by coordinating interviews.

·     Source potential candidates through various recruitment sites to build a strong recruitment pipeline.

·     Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and availability.


Employee Engagement:

·     Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

·     Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.

·     Organize and oversee employee recognition programs, learning initiatives and quarterly events.


Employee Relations:

·     Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.

·     Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.

·     Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through proactive employee relations efforts.


HR Administration:

·     Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

·     Serve as the main point of contact for maintaining our Denver office.

·     Assist the Director of P&C with reporting and analytics to help inform decision-making and strategic planning.

·     Assist the Director of P&C to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.



$60,000 - $65,000 per year
