As a Spa Consultant, you will: handle client interactions, perform daily operations and support the staff. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills with a strong and positive work ethic.
Main Job Duties
· Provide information and education to clients on Spa services
· Provide a high level service to clients
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment with ease and friendliness
· Answer phones, set appointments, greet clients upon arrival
· Create, manage client profiles, and ensure we have all proper documentation
· Ensure product knowledge to help promote sales/memberships
· Check emails, voicemails and reply to any messages as needed
· Maintain ThrIVe Drip Spa aesthetic, culture, and appearance
