Thrive ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).   • Provide direct ABA services to clients while focusing on positive behavior supports and strength based teaching. 
  • Collaborate and support families and other professionals to ensure effective and consistent implementation of interventions and behavior plans.
  • Deliver behavioral analytical services that are in alignment with the company's mission and philosophy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of session notes, treatment plans, client progress, and visual data analysis. 
  • Stay current with best practices, research, and developments in the field of ABA.
  • Follow all federal and state laws, especially pertaining to healthcare regulations, along with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) ethical guidelines.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $50 to $75 per hour for billable services; no pressure to meet billable hour quotas.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to choose your hours.
  • Direct service focus without the responsibility of supervising behavior technicians.
  • Drive time paid at the states highest minimum wage ($20.29/hour) and mileage reimbursement.
  • Accrued sick time.


  1. Valid and current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  2. Washington State behavior analyst license (LBA).
  3. Bachelor’s or master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  4. Complete CPR and First Aid Certification before working with clinets.
  5. Clear background check and driving record.
  6. Proven experience in providing ABA therapy and/or working with children with ASD or related developmental disabilities.
  7. Demonstrated proficiency in ABA principles, assessment tools, and behavior intervention strategies.
  8. Outstanding communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  10. Ability to work with diverse populations with cultural sensitivity.
