Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm, friendly welcome as they enter the restaurant
• Take customer orders accurately, offering suggestions and answering any questions about menu items or food preparation
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales
• Prepare and serve menu items according to 3 Sons Bar-B-Q's recipes and quality standards
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels, ordering supplies, and restocking as needed
• Keep the counter area, dining room, and all workstations clean, organized, and presentable
• Foster a positive and friendly environment for both customers and fellow team members
• Collaborate with other Family Members and management to continually improve operations and customer experience
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, procedures, and promotions
• Adhere to all local health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or customer service, preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) system experience, a plus
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow as part of the 3 Sons Bar-B-Q family
