We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Front of House Manager to lead our service team, connect with our community, and keep the dining room running as smoothly as our smokers.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Recruit, train, and mentor our team of line servers, hosts, cashiers, and bartenders.
- The Guest Experience: Ensure every guest feels like family. Handle guest feedback with grace, speed, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Daily Operations: Manage floor flow, handle cash, oversee opening/closing procedures, and ensure the restaurant is pristine and welcoming.
- Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with the Back of House (BOH) team to ensure seamless ticket times, correct orders, and a unified team culture.
- Drive Results: Monitor labor costs, maximize table turnovers, and help execute local marketing and catering events.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years of restaurant management experience (casual dining, high-volume, or BBQ concept experience is a massive plus).
- The Vibe: A natural leader with an outgoing personality. You thrive in the hustle, keep your cool under pressure, and love interacting with people.
- Skills: Strong communication, sharp problem-solving abilities, and tech-savviness (familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and Excel).
- Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays—because that’s when the party happens.
