We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) to join our growing outpatient mental health practice at our new West Plano location. The position will provide evidence-based counseling services to individuals, couples, and families. This is a flexible, part-time position that allows associates to gain experience in a supportive private practice setting while also having the flexibility to gain supervised hours through other opportunities, provided they are not with a directly competing practice. Supervision is included and can accommodate external supervised hours/work.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and family counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources as clinically appropriate.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Deliver services through both in-office and secure telehealth appointments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and participate in required meetings, trainings, and professional development activities.
  • Maintain ethical, legal, and professional standards in accordance with applicable licensing regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Required

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
  • Current or in process Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-Associate) license in the State of Texas.
  • Ability to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based mental health services.
  • Proficiency with electronic documentation and technology used to support hybrid service delivery.

Preferred

  • Experience working with individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting.

Salary

$27.5 - $31.5 per hour
