Location: Based in Nashville, Tennessee, with regular routes to Southern and Central Illinois

Schedule: Thursdays and/or Fridays (6–12 hours/week)

Compensation: Starts at $22.50 per hour

We’re looking for a dependable and mission-aligned Regional Food Delivery Driver to help bridge the gap between small regenerative farmers and the vibrant food scene in Nashville, TN. If you're a local farmer in the Nashville area seeking a flexible side gig that aligns with your values, Think Regeneration NFP has an opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company-provided vehicle from Nashville, TN to the Illinois distribution center.
• Pick up food from the Illinois facility and deliver to the Nashville distribution center, and/or directly to restaurants in the Nashville area.
• Ensure all deliveries are made by 3:00 PM on Fridays.
• Track deliveries and communicate with team members and restaurant partners as needed.
• Maintain a high standard of safety and professionalism on the road.
• Represent Think Regeneration by interacting positively and professionally with chefs and other customers.

What We’re Looking For

• A clean driving record (required).
• Ability to pass a background check (required).
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent — someone we can count on.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for local food and a desire to support regenerative farming.
• A positive attitude.
• CDL not required.
