Think and Ink Grant Consulting is seeking an individual with three or more years of marketing and business development experience to fill the role of a temp-to-hire Marketing and Business Development Officer. This person must be interested in marketing and creative activities such as social media, developing and deploying marketing materials, and executing sales calls. This position reports to and is managed by the CEO.
The Marketing and Business Development Officer will be responsible for being the sales and marketing contact for our firm. Tasks include providing complimentary consultations for potential clients interested in learning more about our firm, creating sales and pitch decks, updating our website, and deploying sales campaigns via social media, our distribution lists, and more. This role requires a combination of creative skills, communication skills, and people skills to effectively engage potential future clients.

The Marketing and Business Development Officer must be strong in the following skills, abilities, or experience:
Basic Qualifications
Education: High School diploma, Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience in marketing or business development
Experience with or has the ability to learn the following systems and software: Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Canva, Adobe, Hubspot, TeamWork, and Better Proposals.
