Primary Function
Think and Ink Grant Consulting® is seeking an individual with at least five years of grant writing experience to fill the role of a subcontracted Grant Consultant. This person must be interested in serving as a grant consultant to our clients and taking on more challenging projects.

This role involves identifying funding opportunities, developing competitive proposals, and supporting clients in securing and managing grants. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, attention to detail, and a passion for advancing social impact through resource development.
Typical Clients Served
Our clients are nationwide and include large 501(3)(c) nonprofit organizations with annual budgets of over $3 million, government municipalities, and institutions of higher education. Many clients' work focuses on improving the lives of women and children, advancing health, and education.

Federal Grants Specialty
This role requires experience with federal grants in health, workforce development, higher education, and related areas. Demonstrated experience in winning grant proposals across the following agencies is required:

● HHS
● USDA
● HUD
A list of federal grants won within the last five years, and writing samples will be requested.
