Description

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages from customers promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Handle Customer Orders: Process customer orders, provide order status updates, and assist with order modifications or cancellations as needed.
  • Provide Product Information: Offer detailed product information, including features, specifications, and pricing, to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and empathetic manner, striving to achieve swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, warehouse, and shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback in the company's database.
  • Stay Informed: Keep abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to customers and enhance their overall experience.


Requirements:


  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus.
