About TheraSupport, LLC

We offer a Residential Supported Independent Living program for people with Traumatic Brain Injury. We are a comprehensive therapy, neuropsychological, and wellness clinic. We emphasizing a people-centered philosophy. Our dedication is to provide individualized care and attention to every participant. We engage in collaborative, professional, and compassionate efforts to assist individuals with neurological injuries in achieving their optimal quality of life.

Description

As a Rehabilitation Associate at TheraSupport, you will provide support and encouragement to individuals as they work toward their highest possible level of independence. This role includes helping create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment while assisting with daily routines, community involvement, and individualized goals.


Responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting medication adherence in accordance with each individual’s plan
  • Providing transportation and support for appointments, errands, and community activities
  • Supporting household routines and helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
  • Offering companionship, encouragement, and engagement in daily life
  • Supporting community integration and independence-building goals
  • Completing clear, accurate documentation of services provided
  • Protecting participant privacy and confidentiality
  • Communicating and collaborating with team members
  • Demonstrating professionalism, dependability, flexibility, patience, and compassion in all aspects of the role


Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old; must be 21 or older to drive a company vehicle
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs and complete physical tasks as needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to respond to challenging behaviors and situations with patience, professionalism, and compassion
  • Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working as part of a team


Schedule:

Our current staffing needs are primarily Wednesday evenings and Saturday and Sunday mornings. Candidates with flexible availability to assist with additional shifts throughout the week are especially encouraged to apply.
