Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations, the Occupational Therapist (OT) provides evaluation, treatment, consultation, and education to help participants improve safety, independence, and meaningful participation in daily life. Services are delivered in the office, participant apartments, and community settings, with an emphasis on practical, person-centered interventions that address the functional impact of brain injury, neurological conditions, behavioral health needs, cognitive impairment, and other complex conditions. The OT develops individualized plans of care and contributes to broader interdisciplinary care planning. Services focus on independent living skills, instrumental activities of daily living, cognitive and executive functioning, medication-management skills, home and community safety, and routines and compensatory strategies that support successful semi-independent living.
