This therapist will fulfill our community school contracts as well as providing services via teletherapy.

Speech Language Pathologist CFY will present with a passion for working with children and families in a supportive, collaborative, and fun environment, and to enhance the lives of those we serve and the families who love them through improving the clients’ functional level. This therapist will fulfill our community school contracts as well as providing services via teletherapy.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain expected productivity.
  • Thorough and timely evaluations
  • Upholding the reputation of the company by carrying out highly beneficial treatment sessions
  • Educating clients/families on the plan of care so that carryover and consistency are achieved.
  • Maintain excellent caregiver communication and relationships
  • Follow up with client and/or caregivers following evaluation to ensure understanding and recommendations via phone conversation or in person
  • Therapy completed in a fun, creative way that adheres to guidelines of best practice
  • Complete paperwork in a timely manner
  • Submit Accurate charges in a timely manner
  • Write Achievable goals that are met in a timely manner
  • Completing discharge summaries at the conclusion of care
  • Seeking parent recommendation(s) and/or review(s)
  • Genuine promotion of the company in the community
  • Motivated to grow a caseload
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to multi-task
  • Bring a Positive attitude to work
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Maintain the physical capacity to engage with highly active children throughout a workday
  • Contribute to content for blog/social media posts as appropriate
  • Assist with clinic maintenance as needed
  • Participation in the Clinical Ladder to further develop personal and professional goals.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Salary

$60,000 - $62,000 per year
