About Us: Therapy Smarts, Inc is a therapist owned private pediatric outpatient clinic providing SLP, PT, OT , Psychological evaluations, and ABA services to children of all ages and diagnoses in the Raleigh-Durham area. At Therapy Smarts we pride ourselves on our collaborative approach to therapy, drawing upon evidence based and functional training of skills in order to improve the quality of life of those we serve.

Qualities that fit this opportunity

• Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of ABA including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents, required
• 2 Year with BT or RBT supervisory experience required.
• Experienced in training, mentoring, and supporting a team in an intensive treatment environment preferred
• Self motivated, not afraid of hard work

Essential Job Functions:

• Build and design a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents.
• Help oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery.
• Foster a positive team culture and supports agency culture/morale.
• Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team including establishing performance expectations, developing supervision plans, conducting performance evaluations and monitoring program progress and productivity.
• Collaborate with other team members.
