Our clients come to us with specific issues related to teen, young adult, midlife, and senior stages of life. Our therapists and counselors are trained in a variety of modalities including Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Transpersonal Psychology, Client-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy.

Requirements

  • A graduate level psychological counseling-related degree
  • A license that is currently active in the state of Colorado
  • PhD or PsyD
  • Clinical Social worker (LCSW)
  • Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Masters of Social Work (MSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling and therapy services to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
  • Providing consultations
  • Conducting assessments
  • Intake screenings for new clients.
  • Writing client notes and other necessary documentation
  • Client Scheduling
  • Attending staff and professional development meetings as scheduled

Working at CWC:

You will have a flexible schedule in a work environment that supports the self-care and mental health of its staff first and foremost! Working in a caring profession is not easy, therefore, we make it a priority to prevent burnout so we can provide top-notch client care, employment opportunities, and a TEAM-oriented work culture that is supportive for all employees!


You will have a team of Wellness Coordinators that will quickly provide you with a full client load, leaving any of the "selling" out of it.


You will have a full Billing Team that will take care of all the financial aspects of client care, allowing you to build rapport with your clients and focus on what you love to do!

Salary

$55,000 - $82,000 per year
