Description

The Opportunity

Lead a clinical team at one of Colorado’s fastest-growing private-pay therapy practices. As Clinical Manager of our Boulder location, you’ll have direct ownership of clinical quality, therapist development, and team performance, with a seat at the leadership table of an award-winning practice in active growth mode.

This is a hybrid clinician-leader role. You’ll carry a 15-session clinical caseload per week while leading and developing the clinical staff at the Boulder center. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Teams and offers a clear path to Clinical Director.

Boulder is one of five CWC locations across Colorado’s Front Range. As Clinical Manager, you’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team of Clinical Managers and Directors who represent each location and report to the Director of Clinical Teams. You won’t be building in isolation. You’ll have peers who understand the work, share best practices, and support each other.

This isn’t a senior therapist role with a management title attached. It’s a true leadership position for a clinician who wants to build something: someone who understands what it takes to develop therapists, drive clinical excellence, and grow a practice.
