Clinical Manager Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision 
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes and procedures according to key performance indicators
  • Conduct ongoing performance reviews and intervene when needed 
  • Attend and facilitate staff and professional development meetings
  • Conduct consultations and intake screenings for potential and current clients
  • Provide counseling and therapy services to Colorado Women’s Center clients
  • Meet with the leadership team
  • Assist with new therapist hiring and interviewing
  • Provide leadership, management, guidance, and clinical knowledge to the therapists and staff at our Boulder center
  • Uphold CWC cultural values at the Boulder location


Requirements

  • A graduate-level psychological counseling-related degree
  • A license that is currently active in the state of Colorado
  • PhD or PsyD
  • Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Marriage/Family Therapist (LMFT, MFTC)
  • Experience in mental health counseling
  • Experience in clinical supervision
  • Experience in management
  • Preferred: Certified Clinical Supervisor
  • Preferred: Couples counseling and/or EMDR experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of related experience

Salary

$80,000 - $80,000 per year
