TheraPlay Pediatric Occupational Therapy is dedicated to improving the lives of children through personalized therapy services. We believe in a collaborative approach that empowers both our clients and their families, and we’re looking for a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team!

Position Overview:

As a COTA at TheraPlay, you will play a vital role in assisting our Occupational Therapists in delivering top-notch occupational therapy services to our pediatric clients. If you’re dedicated to fostering growth and development in children and are excited about making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists to develop and implement tailored treatment plans for pediatric clients.
  • Conduct engaging therapy sessions focused on individualized goals.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, outcomes, and responses to therapy.
  • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises to reinforce learning at home.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
  • Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies to ensure quality care.


Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
  • Oregon Occupational Therapy Assistant License
  • Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Experience or knowledge in pediatrics is a bonus, but we are willing to mentor the right candidate.
  • A strong sense of care and compassion for children and their families.
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse clinical settings.
