Theori Senior Marketing Manager, Field and Campaigns Remote · Full time Company website

Lead the event marketing and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for a category-defining AI-native AppSec platform at a global leader in offensive security.

About Theori

Founded in 2016 by Carnegie Mellon University alumni, Theori is a leader in offensive cybersecurity. Our hackers have won DEFCON CTF nine times, and the core engine behind our products was built for DARPA's AI cyber security competition. We're applying that expertise to Xint, an AI-first application security platform spanning Xint Web (autonomous web app penetration testing) and Xint Code (AI-powered code security). Xint has already found hundreds of zero-days in widely used open source projects and is in production with customers like Samsung Electronics, giving security teams hacker-grade testing without hiring an army of pentesters.

Description

We're making a big bet on events and ABM to reach our target customers, and we're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager, Field and Campaigns to lead that function. You'll own the budget and execution of our event marketing and ABM strategy, bridging corporate marketing and field sales to expand engagement, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth. The role reports through Demand Gen and is hands-on in HubSpot for performance tracking, dashboards, and ROI reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement ABM campaigns, product demonstrations, and promotional events that drive demand and accelerate pipeline.
  • Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, executive gatherings, and webinars end-to-end, including logistics, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event analysis.
  • Build the full event lead lifecycle: pre-event outreach with sales, on-site engagement, and post-event digital nurture that converts attendees into pipeline.
  • Partner with sales to understand target accounts and territory priorities, and equip them with the materials, tools, and intel needed to convert event and ABM-sourced leads.
  • Own performance tracking in HubSpot: build dashboards and reports, calculate event and campaign ROI, and track prospect movement through the funnel.
  • Manage event and campaign budgets and coordinate with third-party vendors, ensuring spend ties to measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain a library of marketing assets (creative, content, messaging) and partner with Product Marketing to fill content gaps as they emerge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of field marketing, event marketing, or ABM at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record planning and executing trade shows, executive gatherings, and webinars that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including building dashboards, tracking campaign performance, and calculating ROI.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to run multiple events and campaigns in parallel without dropping execution quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. Can manage vendors, partner with sales, and brief executive stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset. Comfortable digging into data to understand what worked, what didn't, and where to invest next.
  • Comfortable operating in an early-stage environment with evolving priorities and high ownership expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, DevTools, developer platforms, or other technical B2B SaaS to engineering or security buyers.
  • Familiarity with major industry events (RSA, Black Hat, DEF CON, BSides, KubeCon, OWASP events).
  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Mutiny) and marketing automation tools.
  • Worked in a founding or early-stage marketing function before.
  • Experience coordinating with international (especially Korean) marketing teams.
