POSITION TITLE

Heart Angel Facilitator

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Heart Angel Facilitator serves as a direct guide and support leader within The Wright Choice Foundation’s Full Circle 6 program. This role is responsible for facilitating structured group sessions, creating a safe and supportive environment, and helping participants navigate their journey toward emotional wellness, healing, and personal growth.

Heart Angel Facilitators are often one of the most consistent points of connection for participants. Through presence, guidance, and engagement, they help individuals feel seen, heard, and supported throughout the program.

This role requires strong communication skills, emotional awareness, consistency, and the ability to lead with both structure and compassion.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Facilitation

The Heart Angel Facilitator is responsible for leading structured group sessions in alignment with the Full Circle 6 program.

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating weekly program sessions
• Guiding participants through curriculum and discussions
• Maintaining structure and flow of each session
• Encouraging participation and engagement

RECOGNITION & CERTIFICATION

Upon successful participation and completion of their role, Heart Angel Facilitators will receive:

• An official Heart Angel Facilitator Certification
• A commemorative plaque honoring their service and contribution
• Acknowledgment for their role in supporting individuals and impacting lives

This recognition reflects the importance and value of their contribution to the organization and the community.
