Job description:

Are you tired of your massive caseload, of feeling isolated at work, and of feeling like you can't serve your clients as well as you would like to? We know how you feel, and we can do better. The Willow Center (TWC) is hiring for a School-Based Adolescent Therapist.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to assessing and supporting elementary-aged and adolescent clients who are experiencing mental health and/or substance use related struggles, and providing therapeutic interventions for your clients in both individual and group settings. This position will spend about 60% -70% of their time providing counseling on sight within the North West Hendricks School Corporation's elementary schools, and 30%-40% of their time providing counseling in our outpatient office in Pittsboro, IN. We are looking for a compassionate, team-oriented, professional therapist who is licensed or is license-eligible (LSW, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC)

Full-time team members receive 3 weeks PTO, 5 paid holidays, professional development assistance, and access to a 401(k), along with supervision towards licensure.

For the sake of our clients' accessibility, we require at least 2 middle/evening shifts per week for this position. The shift schedule will include 3 day shifts primarily in the school building (8:00am-4:30pm), and 2 middle shifts primarily at our outpatient office (12:00pm-8:30pm).
