The Willow Center is hiring a recovery-focused team member to support individuals facing substance use and mental health challenges, particularly those transitioning out of incarceration. This role involves providing one-on-one and group coaching at the Hendricks County Jail and at their Brownsburg outpatient office, helping clients prepare for reentry into the community and continue recovery treatment. The position emphasizes compassionate, client-centered care, teamwork, and strong communication with both clients and criminal justice partners. Candidates should have experience in mental health or addiction services (preferably peer recovery coaching), be comfortable working with justice-involved populations, and have skills in group facilitation, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed support. Certification such as CPRS or similar is required, along with a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years of relevant experience.
