Join our team to deliver top-notch IT support both online and in the field. You’ll handle service calls, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and install network infrastructure. Work includes structured cabling on active construction sites—perfect for someone hands-on, tech-savvy, and ready to solve problems wherever they arise. Must live on the west coast of Florida. Others will not be considered.
What You’ll Do
- Provide technical support both remotely and onsite
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist with new installs, network setup, and structured cabling
- Work independently and on active job sites when needed
Qualifications
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills (PCs, networks, printers)
- Strong interest in IT and willingness to learn on the job
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Reliable transportation for travel within the region
- Helpdesk or IT support experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with structured cabling, VOIP, or access control is a plus
