Logistics Associate – Position Overview

As a Logistics Associate, you will work closely with the General Manager to support the daily operational flow between both shop locations and our service offerings. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely deliveries, and supporting plant-related installations with a strong attention to detail and care.


Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Track, receive, and organize plant shipments and hardgoods
  • Assist with conducting regular inventory counts and support restocking between shops


Shipment Processing

  • Assist with unpacking and processing incoming shipments of plants and supplies
  • Maintain quality control standards while handling fragile and perishable inventory


In-Town Logistics

  • Move supplies and inventory between shop locations (O4W and EAV)
  • Coordinate and execute weekly inventory runs


Delivery Management

  • Prepare and execute local plant deliveries, ensuring care and timeliness
  • Serve as point of contact for customers when delivering items


Greenthumb & Greenterior Services

  • Assist with on-site installations and ongoing maintenance visits for clients
  • Handle transport, setup, and removal of plants and materials with professionalism


Quality Control

  • Ensure products meet brand standards before delivery or display
  • Communicate proactively about damaged goods or supply needs


This position is part time - less than 29 hours a week. Looking for availability Monday - Thursday, 9am to 5pm.

  • Compensation is $17/hour.
  • 401k with 3% company match.
  • Health/Vision/Dental Insurance available to full time employees - 50% of premium covered by the company.
