The Victorian is looking for a Green Thumb Associate to join our plant maintenance team. This position is part of the crew responsible for caring for plants in our clients’ homes, offices, restaurants, and commercial spaces after we complete Greenterior installations. Our maintenance team plays an essential role in keeping our work looking healthy, intentional, and beautiful long after the initial design is finished.

Green Thumb Associates oversee assigned clients and provide refined plant care by watering, repotting, pruning, fertilizing, and treating for pests according to the standards set forth by The Victorian through training. In addition to hands-on care, the role requires careful documentation of each visit, including uploading photos to client folders to track overall plant health and appearance, and noting any plants that may need treatment or replacement.

This position also involves communicating closely with the Green Thumb Lead Associate by reporting client notes, concerns, or any on-site issues, as well as flagging potential hazards or situations that may affect plant health or service quality. Because our work is very design-focused, we are looking for someone who takes pride not only in keeping plants alive, but in keeping them looking their best.

The role requires travel to client locations throughout metro Atlanta, so reliable transportation is required (mileage compensation is provided). The schedule is approximately 16–20 hours per week, with shifts set on consistent weekdays, Monday through Friday.
