Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President, Mission Delivery is responsible for the development, management, oversight and implementation of patient-facing programs and services of Tigerlily Foundation. A primary function of the position is to ensure that all programs are carried out in accordance with the mission and philosophy of the organization. In addition, this position is responsible for new program development and dissemination. The VP will set and track goals and key metrics to be achieved by Tigerlily Foundation’s programs and will lead the collection and analysis of program data and report progress against stated goals to the organization’s leadership and funders. The VP is also responsible for ensuring that diversity, equity and inclusion are seamlessly integrated across all Tigerlily Foundation’s programs and services.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manage all program staff; ensure that the team is supported and receives ongoing leadership and evaluation to ensure optimal performance and consistency with strategic goals and agreed-upon grant deliverables 
  • Develop strategic goals and objectives to enhance program delivery, scale, and effectiveness 
  • Analyze data collection and reporting procedures; ensure that all programs have clear metrics to be met; report on progress towards goals on a regular basis 
  • Create and monitor an annual budget for programs and services 
  • Assist in sponsor/partner relationship cultivation, grant writing, reporting and fundraising activities in collaboration with Development staff 
  • Develop a strong rapport and supportive relationship across the organization 
  • Ensure that diversity, equity, and inclusion is seamlessly integrated across all programs, research, and policy efforts 
  • Develop innovative solutions for Tigerlily Foundation to be a resource for young women of all backgrounds, who have cancer or at risk of getting cancer 
  • Develop solutions to improve organization of the programs, delivery and cross matrixed needs of the organization
  • Review written, audio/video and materials that are presented to the public through Tigerlily Foundations’ website, social media channels, and other means 
  • Manage project contractors and ensure that their key performance indicators are met 
  • Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership team, participation in and contributing to conversations that drive the organization’s overall success. 
  • Serve on committees and ad boards for partner organizations
  • Seek opportunities to expand Tigerlily’s reach and impact
  • Other duties as assigned and identified 


Important Skills and Requirements 

  • LCSW, MSW, Masters in Psychology, Masters in Public Health, PhD degree, OR requisite experience 
  • 15 years or more oncology or other health services programs and/ or direct clinical experience 
  • Non–profit oncology program and clinical service development and management experience 
  • Staff supervision experience 
  • Effective interpersonal as well as written and oral communication skills 
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams 


Physical Requirements:  

This position is located in a virtual office setting. It requires prolonged periods of remaining stationery. Individual will utilize/operate computers, phone, and other office productivity equipment.  

 

Other Expectations  

  • 30% travel to Tigerlily Foundation’s events and meetings, as needed.
