**Job Overview:**

As a Server at The Tap, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience through friendly and efficient service of food and beverages. You will have the opportunity to engage with guests, make menu recommendations, and contribute to the overall satisfaction of their visit.

MUST be 21 years old to serve at The Tap.

**Responsibilities:**

- Welcome and seat guests in a warm and timely manner

- Take accurate food and beverage orders

- Serve orders promptly and accurately

- Offer suggestions on menu selections

- Proactively check on guests to address any concerns

- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

- Handle payments and transactions with precision

**Requirements:**

- Prior experience in customer service is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting

- Attention to detail is a must

- Possession of a food handler's certification (or willingness to acquire one)

- Minimum age requirement of 21 years

- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
