Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Barback at The Tap. As a Barback, you will assist our Bartenders with stocking, dishes, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Stocking bar supplies and ingredients

- Cleaning and organizing bar area

- Washing dishes and glassware

- Assisting Bartenders with serving drinks

- Providing excellent customer service to guests

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Excellent communication skills

- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items

-MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER

-Night and weekend availability is a MUST. Barbacks are only used during high volume shifts
