At The Tap Indianapolis we’re not just serving beer and food; we’re creating an experience. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to jump in, lead with confidence, and help us keep this downtown hotspot running at its best.
This role is all about growth. You’ll get hands-on leadership experience in one of three areas—Service, Kitchen, or Bar—and you’ll master your Area of Responsibility (AOR) as you grow your career. At The Tap, we love rewarding results: the better you get, the more you earn, and the further you go.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building great teams, and believe hospitality should be as fun as it is rewarding, we’d love to meet you.
