Love leading a fast-paced kitchen and building a strong team? As Kitchen Manager at The Tap, you’ll run the heart of the restaurant—driving food quality, team development, and smooth daily operations. You’ll partner with leadership to keep things fresh, efficient, and consistently great for our guests.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the kitchen team—hire, train, coach, and build a strong, accountable crew
- Execute and evolve menus with the leadership team, keeping things fresh and on-trend
- Own food quality, consistency, and presentation every shift
- Manage inventory, ordering, and costs to reduce waste and maximize efficiency
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully compliant with health standards
- Improve workflows to keep tickets moving and guests happy
- Support the front of house and step in on guest experience when needed
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of kitchen leadership experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership style—hands-on, motivating, and team-focused
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control
- ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
