As an Hourly Supervisor at The Tap, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through knowledgeable and efficient management of food and beverage service. You will lead a team of hourly employees to ensure smooth operations and uphold the highest standards of customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of hourly employees to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Train and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement new strategies for improving service quality
**Requirements:**
- Experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Open availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work 40+ hour per week
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
