Love the energy of a packed bar? Know how to lead a team and still jump in the well? We’re looking for a Bar Manager who can do both.

This is a hybrid role where you’ll bartend during peak hours and lead the close five nights a week—owning the bar, the team, and the guest experience from start to finish.

What your shifts look like:

• ~5:00pm – volume: Bartending (yes, you’re in the tip pool)
• End of volume – Close: Manager on duty
• Weekday close: ~12am
• Weekend close: ~2am

What you’ll own:

• A high-energy, consistent, and creative bar program
• Hiring, scheduling, and developing a strong bar team
• Inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Training bartenders to deliver great drinks and even better service
• Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere where regulars feel at home
• Keeping everything compliant, clean, and running smoothly

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 3+ years of bar leadership or high-volume bartending experience
• Know your way around cocktails, beer, and spirits
• Lead by example and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
• Can switch from “in the weeds” to running the floor without missing a beat
• Enjoy late nights, fast shifts, and building a strong team culture
