The Cellarman is responsible for supporting daily brewery operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized cellar while ensuring the quality of beer throughout the production process. This role performs cleaning and sanitation of brewing equipment, transfers and carbonates beer, cleans and fills kegs, maintains draft systems, records production data, and assists with beer transportation and special events. The Cellarman works closely with the brewing team to uphold quality standards, follows all safety and sanitation procedures, and provides a positive representation of the brewery during guest interactions and beer festivals. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, the ability to work independently, and a passion for craft beer.
