**Job Overview:**

As a Bartender at The Tap, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about mixology, have excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve drinks to guests according to company standards

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol

- Upsell additional products when appropriate

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a bartender

- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail recipes

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Must be at least 18 years old

- TIPS certification is a plus
