Help Build the Infrastructure Behind a Growing Movement
The Society for Classical Learning (SCL) is seeking a highly organized, systems-minded Technical Operations Coordinator to support the operational infrastructure that powers our mission to cultivate flourishing Christian schools and leaders.
This role serves as a centralized operational support resource for our Membership, Accreditation, and PATHway Services (MAP) departments, helping manage the systems, workflows, automations, and technical processes that support membership programs, accreditation services, events, cohorts, communications, and development initiatives.

Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you'll work collaboratively across departments to help SCL scale sustainably while improving the experience of members, schools, donors, speakers, and staff.
What You'll Do
CRM & Systems Administration
- Support administration and maintenance of SCL's CRM and operational platforms
- Maintain accurate constituent, membership, and event data
- Troubleshoot user access and system issues
- Assist with workflow automation and process optimization
- Generate reports and support organizational data management
Event & Registration Operations
- Build and manage event registration workflows
- Set up and maintain Zoom links, calendar invitations, and event communications
- Support attendee management and registration troubleshooting
- Manage backend event platforms and integrations
- Coordinate surveys, tracking, and reporting
- Assist with operational logistics for conferences, cohorts, and events
Operational Workflow Coordination
- Standardize recurring organizational workflows and processes
- Reduce reliance on manual tracking and duplicated efforts
- Organize and maintain Google Drive structures, documentation, and process guides
- Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and efficiency improvements
- Support operational consistency across departments
Technical Support
- Provide backend support for organizational systems and communication tools
- Support shared software platforms and operational technology
- Troubleshoot operational technology issues
- Help maintain continuity and backup coverage for critical systems
Event Technology Support
- Assist with technical setup and support for virtual and in-person events
- Support recording management and meeting logistics
- Serve as technical support during conferences and live events
Qualifications
Required
- Experience maintaining websites and making content updates
- Basic proficiency with HTML and CSS, or the ability to quickly learn and support SCL's website infrastructure
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously
- Comfort learning new software systems and platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
Preferred
- Experience with CRM or database platforms (Novi AMS preferred)
- Experience with workflow automation tools and integrations
- Familiarity with event management platforms
- Experience supporting operational systems within a growing organization
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and collaborative project tools
- Experience supporting remote teams and virtual events
