About the Event

SCL’s Summer Conference is our flagship gathering—an inspiring, mission-centered experience equipping leaders and educators in the classical Christian education movement. It’s where vision becomes practice, and the heart of our community comes to life.

Position Overview

We are looking for technically-minded, mission-driven individuals to serve as Producers for our 2025 Summer Conference. Producers are essential to the successful recording and management of breakout and practicum rooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate basic AV equipment (cameras, HDMI, video switchers, etc.) in an assigned breakout room
• Remain in the assigned room during all Thursday–Friday sessions
• Participate in mandatory training on Wednesday, June 25 from 7:00–9:00 PM CDT
• Assist with equipment breakdown on Friday afternoon

Schedule

• Orientation: 
• Wednesday, June 25 | 7:00 – 9:00 PM CDT
• Conference Production (free to attend plenary both days): 
• Thursday, June 26 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CDT 
• Friday, June 27 | 8:45 AM - 6:30 PM CDT

Ideal Candidate

• Demonstrates a servant's heart and a cheerful attitude.
• Comfortable with basic AV and tech 
• Reliable, attentive to detail, and energized by live events
• Passionate about classical Christian education and SCL’s mission to foster human flourishing through Christ-centered learning
