We generally consider Intern applications from January - April, but at times have Intern projects available throughout the year and have extended our Intern application process to year-round based on project needs.  Our internship positions offer a unique opportunity to make an impact while developing your professional skills.


Intern

As our Intern, you will play a crucial role in the heart of our operations. This position is ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will help keep our leadership team on track with a variety of projects, manage schedules, and coordinate event logistics. Your responsibilities will include:


Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing calendars, meetings, and project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinating administrative tasks associated with various projects.
  • Supporting event planning logistics for our Summer Conference in June (*see Important Details section below). 
  • Invoicing and managing data utilizing digital tools such as HubSpot and Google sheets
  • Creating and maintaining organized files and records within Google Workspace. 
  • Utilizing digital tools like Zoom and Slack for efficient communication and collaboration. 


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar) and other digital tools.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. 
  • A proactive, accountable and results-driven mindset
  • An excellent attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 
  • Knowledge of the classical, Christian education movement


 Important Details:

  • Position Type: Potentially full-time or part-time, depending on applicants skills and availability. 
  • Conference Focus: A few of our Interns may be needed in-person for our Summer Conference, taking place from June 25-27, 2025, in Dallas, TX. If you are selected to Intern for our Summer Conference, this includes a requirement to work in-person the week of the conference (June 23-June 28, 2025) to ensure an exceptional experience for our attendees.

  • Possess a servant’s heart and a cheerful attitude. 
  • Be comfortable flexing between tasks to meet evolving needs.
  • Be comfortable in a fast-paced remote work environment requiring self-motivation and problem-solving skills
  • Uphold and adhere to Biblical standards in all areas of conduct and be a member of a Gospel-centered church, affirming the Biblical faith outlined in the Nicene Creed.
