About the Role

  • Provide OT services in homes, schools, and our Pasadena clinic (zip code 91107)
  • Serve clients in Pasadena, South Pasadena, Highland Park, Glassell Park, Alhambra, Eagle Rock
  • Work with children and teens with Autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, and executive functioning challenges
  • Complete evaluations, write progress reports, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with families, school teams, and interdisciplinary providers
  • Lead engaging social skills groups, supported by assistant staff for logistics and data collection


We Would Love to Meet You If You:

  • Have an active California OTR/L license
  • Have at least 1 year of pediatric occupational therapy experience
  • Are comfortable with or excited to learn more about Sensory Integration approaches
  • Are skilled in evaluations and documentation (experience with SPM-2, Sensory Profile, Bayley-4, BOT-2, Peabody-2, Beery VMI is a plus)
  • Are available on weekdays, especially during after-school hours


Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on experience and specialization
  • Hourly Equivalent: Approximately $48.00 to $60.00 per hour
