This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth into our growing law firm. Our office is located in Old Fourth Ward in Alkaloid Networks. We are looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm.


You must be tech-savvy and able to handle working with several different databases of information. One of your most critical and immediate jobs will be to learn, understand, and master the systems that have contributed to our success. It’s vital that all our clients have the same “Wow!” experience. Of course, proficiency with Word and Excel is expected; knowledge of Infusionsoft, Social Media Platforms, PowerPoint, and Adobe is a plus. You must be comfortable learning other software programs.


You will need to know how to figure things out on your own and be able to creatively problem-solve situations. You will be trained and mentored, but if you are above scanning documents or filing paper, this is not the job for you. You will need to be ready to pitch in wherever needed. The other parts of this job, though, involve working with our clients and helping with our marketing efforts. Multi-tasking is an absolute must. You must be able to think on your feet and make smart decisions and take responsibility for your actions.

Roles and Responsibilities:


This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of building the practice so that we can educate and empower the community and serve more families. This person will help us spread the word and educate the community while also having a hands-on experience with clients by walking with them through the process of setting up the estate plan. A solutions-oriented person who is not afraid to be resourceful and confident in their role of Customer Service Director to take action when needed is a must for this position.

Administrative & Client Service Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send pre-meeting packages
  • Prepare potential clients for their first meeting with our office
  • Conduct client intake, inputting information into systems, scanning and reviewing documents for missing and incomplete information and client file set-up
  • Effectively explain the process at The Saunders Firm and next steps to clients
  • Print estate planning documents for attorney review
  • Assemble estate planning binders
  • Scan client documents
  • Responsible for client success

During this process, the Client Services Director updates the client file to document the process. Client Services Director is responsible for client phone calls, partnering with attorney to answer any questions and meeting any needs as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication, project management, and time-management skills
  • Professional service experience (law firm, medical practice, etc.) and/or management consulting experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite applications
  • Strong people skills punctuated by living out Client Services Director values in client and internal relationships






Salary

$45,000 - $55,000 per year
