  • Working with our Performance Creative Director to manage workflows around (creator sourcing, content sourcing, editing, analyzing)
  • Ideate, experiment, and analyze paid media performance across Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube.

Key Tasks & Behaviors

  • Ideate, edit, script and iterate video concepts working primarily with existing footage.
  • Work with influencers, users, and agencies to create content and products the content you’ve envisined
  • Understand the latest trends in social to find creative styles and preoccupations that will engage users across platforms
  • Develop iterative video ads, taking inspiration from top-performing videos as well as general top-performers.
  • Work closely with our Paid Media Director to test the performance of new assets and ideate on what to test next
  • Have a strong focus on on optimizing the initial 5-10 seconds to grab viewers right from the outset and push them past the skip button
