What We’re Looking For

The Ridge is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to be responsible for providing campaign optimization recommendations and owning performance metrics and reporting. You'll work collaboratively with other channel owners on the growth marketing team and work cross-functionally with product, analytics, finance, and brand marketing.

• Experience managing performance-focused digital marketing
• Enjoys learning new skills, experimenting, and iterating on existing ideas
• You’re drawn to a startup environment, where ambiguity and quick decision-making are your love language
• You’re naturally analytical; you can synthesize complex information into concise, compelling recommendations
• You’ve worked in a high-growth environment with constantly shifting priorities; you can be reactive and organized at the same time
• You love to think big picture and strategize, but you can also roll up your sleeves and execute any project at hand
• You embody an “everything is figure-outable” attitude; you’re more apt to say “yes” or “we’ll try.”

What You’ll Do

• A growth associate would plug into the non-programmatic channels that we want to continue exploring:
• Direct mail
• Affiliate
• Native email newsletters
• OOH marketing
• You’ll have the ability to work with our creative team to execute your vision for the campaigns noted above
• You will work directly with the CMO and other channel directors to identify new opportunities, report on their performance, and expand

What You Need

• Substantial experience pulling data and generating excel reports
• Excellent communication skills
• Excited to work with a small interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
• An interest in high performance and efficiency
