Director of Digital Product will oversee our ecomm ops team, tech team, and collaborate closely with our design team to identify, test, and implement web changes across our domestic and international websites.
Key workflows include conversion rate optimization on the core website, overseeing the development of performance landing pages for paid traffic, and managing our ecomm ops manager for new product launches + merchandising.
Key Tasks & Behaviors
Analyze user behavior and A/B test results to inform ideas/feedback/designs/concepts
Collaborate with marketing channel directors to identify areas of opportunities for improved performance
Document, prioritize, and create a schedule of design/dev/ecomm projects to implement of a given quarter and year.
Assess the quality of builds until they are in tip-top shape and ready for millions of people to use
Encourage a collaborative and inclusive approach to decision making, where good ideas can come from anywhere and those outside of the design team feel invested in the work we do.
