As a Restoration Specialist (RS) at The Restoration Wizards, your role is essential in bringing in new clients while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, safety, and customer satisfaction. To guide your performance and protect sensitive information, we have outlined the following expectations:

Role Qualifications:

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce The Restoration Wizards to homeowners.
• Effectively communicate value and sell services to clients.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among teammates.
• Engage with residents in a friendly and professional manner to build positive relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of The Restoration Wizards roofing and siding products and services.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our offerings to potential customers.
• Identify and qualify potential leads, collecting relevant information for accurate follow-up.
• Adjust working hours to maximize engagement with residents during peak times.
• Distribute marketing materials and promotional items to create brand awareness.
• Ensure that residents have access to The Restoration Wizards contact information and relevant resources.
• Follow ethical practices and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
• Represent The Restoration Wizards in a professional and positive manner at all times.
• Be adaptable to changes in strategies, territories, and goals.
• Embrace feedback and continuously seek improvement in performance.
• Able to be on your feet and walk for extended periods of time

Customer Satisfaction:

• Prioritize client satisfaction by delivering service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate project documentation.
• Keep records organized and accessible for reference.
• Utilize Customer Service Management (CRM) system to accurately track, report, and manage each client project.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales representative to join our team. We are  looking for individuals with prior home improvement sales experience, however, that is not a requirement. We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for professional growth.  At The Restoration Wizards we pride ourselves in our base pay + commission structure that provides a consistent weekly income with unlimited earning potential from sales.
