What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
- Embrace our mission to positively impact as many children in our community as possible by reducing communication and learning barriers through high-quality pediatric speech and occupational therapy, as well as dyslexia intervention.
- Maintain and manage a full-time caseload while consistently achieving target goals.
- Provide engaging, play-based therapy to help children build communication, sensory, and functional skills.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor client progress, document sessions accurately, and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

- Establish and maintain positive relationships with families, colleagues, referral sources, and community agencies.

What We’re Looking For
- Current Kentucky licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or Occupational Therapy.
- ASHA certification (CCC) for SLPs — Clinical Fellows and new graduates are welcome!
- Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for helping children thrive.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
- CPR/First Aid certified (training available on-site).
- A desire to grow both personally and professionally within a supportive, goal-driven environment.
