The Reading Company LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing pediatric therapy team. This position offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment and is passionate about helping children grow through relationship-based, evidence-driven care.

What We're Looking For:


Qualifications

  • Current Kentucky Occupational Therapy license
  • Master’s degree from an accredited OT program
  • Strong desire to collaborate in a team-oriented therapy model
  • Physically able to engage with children in a variety of active settings, including floor play
  • Reliable work history with consistent attendance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with or interest in telehealth
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (training can be arranged if needed)


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized therapy to children (ages 0–21) with a range of developmental needs
  • Communicate effectively with families and collaborate with fellow therapists
  • Maintain productivity standards and manage caseload efficiently
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric occupational therapy
  • Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including daily notes, reassessments, and annual evaluations
