What We're Looking For:
Qualifications
- Current Kentucky Occupational Therapy license
- Master’s degree from an accredited OT program
- Strong desire to collaborate in a team-oriented therapy model
- Physically able to engage with children in a variety of active settings, including floor play
- Reliable work history with consistent attendance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with or interest in telehealth

Current CPR and First Aid certification (training can be arranged if needed)
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold the mission and values of The Reading Company LLC
- Deliver individualized therapy to children (ages 0–21) with a range of developmental needs
- Communicate effectively with families and collaborate with fellow therapists
- Maintain productivity standards and manage caseload efficiently

Stay current with evidence-based practices in pediatric occupational therapy
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner, including daily notes, reassessments, and annual evaluations
