Responsibilities


  • Show up daily with energy and a clear hunger to WIN
  • Strategic account-based selling
  • Qualify inbound leads
  • Source and qualify potential LABL customers 
  • Outbound prospecting is required
  • Phone sales and Zoom meetings are critical to your daily success
  • Clearly articulate our value to potential clients via online demos, calls, and emails
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and CS teams for successful onboarding
  • Communicate and support other LABL teams including Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, and others
  • Keep detailed records and log all interactions and communications with prospects and other stakeholders in LABL's CRM system

  • Proven, consistent, top performer in previous sales experience
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Strong desire to drive progress and be a team player
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, small team environment
  • Coachable and have the proven ability to take and implement feedback

Salary

$15 - $28 per hour
